The Rank the Banks and Other Creditors Survey 2023 is up and running.

Your feedback about how banks and other credit providers respond to their customers experiencing financial hardship shines a light on good and bad practice, and drives change.

The survey is a joint initiative of FCA and the State and Territory financial counselling associations.

Once we have analysed the survey results we will release them publicly in a report and share them back with the sector.
