NOTICE OF MEETING
SAFCA  2020 Annual General Meeting
SAFCA will hold its 2020 AGM on Monday October 19 at 12.30 pm via ZOOM

**Please Note that Nominations Close on September 28**

Due to COVID-19 Restrictions this meeting will be held electronically by ZOOM. All members of SAFCA SA and NT are most welcome to attend this meeting. Please note that only full and associate members of SAFCA will be able to vote (as per the SAFCA Constitution).

This year elections will be held for the position of SAFCA Chair and for three (3) board directors. The positions are for the term of two years. If you would like to know more about becoming a director of SAFCA, please ring Wendy on 0427 823 656.

Voting will be held electronically prior to the AGM, with the results announced at the meeting.

• Financial Reports
• Presentation of Board reports
• Results of election of SAFCA Chair
• Results of election of Three (3) Board members
• Appointment of Auditor
• Any other business
