Paul Gillett is a lawyer with expertise in consumer credit, litigation and class actions, with many years of experience advising and assisting financial counsellors as a solicitor (and later, Director of Legal Practice) with the Consumer Action Law Centre.

Paul will present training on writing good case notes, and there will be the opportunity to discuss case studies and questions during this interactive session.

Advanced Problem Gambling Awareness Training - 6 PD points

This training is available to SAFCA members. Develop skills, knowledge and capability to respond to and work with gambling issues of financial counselling.

This training is offered online, 2 x 2.5 hour sessions. You must complete both sessions to receive a certificate of attendance.
